This site describes Entente's practice and products. Information is provided for general orientation. It is not a binding offer until a written engagement agreement says so.

Engagements

Client work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality, IP, and liability. Email discussion alone does not create an engagement.

Products

Haven and Détente are separate product surfaces with their own sites and terms where published. Links from this site do not change those product terms.

Governing law

Pending counsel and OÜ confirmation: intended governing law Estonia, unless an engagement agreement states otherwise.
